General notes:
Although some early postcards label this as the 'Old Mill' it is in fact a 19th century folly which was built to conceal the pump house taking water to the mansionhouse (now demolished). Some remains of the old mill lie beneath the waterfall but cannot presently be seen as they are obscured by plants and trees.
