We received these items through our appeal for photographs relating to the recent 75th anniversary of Netherlee Primary School. The donor explained that the group photo shows two primary 7 classes at the qualifying stage, at the event known as the "qualy" dance. The girls got to select the boys' partners and the dances were mostly traditional Scottish ones, such as the Dashing White Sergeant and the Eightsome Reel.
