Jean and Margaret Gibson were pupils of music teacher Jean. E. Perry. In this programme, both girls performed in separate quartets, and Jean also performed a solo piece. On the back of the programme, Jean Gibson is listed as winning a certificate in Grammar of Music, Division II. Meanwhile, it is noted that Margaret presented a bouquet to Mrs. H. Millar, wife of the Chairman, ex-Provost Millar, who was presenting prizes and certificates on the day. Names of all the people taking part have been added to the Gibson Names Index.
