Margaret was in the Seniors' 2A class at Barrhead High School at this point. The essays in this jotter range from the "Autobiography of an Umbrella" to "A Journey with Santa Claus" to a consideration of "My Future". Despite the charm of their subjects, Margaret's teacher was clearly very focussed on her handwriting, as there are several stern comments along the lines of "Writing Must Improve".
