General notes:
The Linn Park Garage at Netherlee, owned by Mr Fyfe Diack and Mr John Lambie, first opened for business in 1925. Over the years it was extended and soon became a good going concern and a well known landmark. In 1958 Mr Diack and Mr Lambie decided to retire and the garage was sold to a Mr Fox who continued trading under the name of Diack & Lambie. He in turn sold out to Linn Automobiles. The site is now occupied by modern flats (Netherlee Court)
