John ran a business as a painter & decorator in Barrhead: 2 photographs - Neilston Road, Uplawmoor from near the junction with Tannoch Road looking northeast, Paisley Road at Dealston looking towards Cross Stobs; loose page listing the prize list 1895-96 of the Barrhead Fereneze Curling Club, bronze printing plate of a bellman, 12 communion tokens from the United Assoc. Congregation, Barrhead dated 1822 and a pair of wooden clogs which would have been worn by painters.
